Consulting will be compared to transactional brokerage, and students will learn why clients hire consultants. Pricing and payment structures will be outlined, with all participants being mindful of antitrust concerns. Students will explore various consulting opportunities that they may have when serving sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants. At the end of the course, students will have completed a preliminary action plan that they can use to begin building a consulting practice FULL REFUND if a written cancellation request is received 2 business days before the start of the course.
